Historically, the crystal ball was first used by the Celtic Druids several thousand years ago. Discovering that crystals could be used for divination, the crystal ball has since held a key position in not only the lives of mystics but also among those who did not practice earth-based religions. In the 16th century, Queen Elizabeth I of England often called upon her doctor, Dr. John Dee, to perform crystal ball readings for her. The crystal ball has truly played an intrinsic role throughout divination history whether you are royalty or the King or Queen of your own home!

Your gemstone(s) will work best when it is cleared and cleansed. Here are some recommended ways to cleanse your healing crystals:
1. Place your crystal on the soil or branches of a houseplant for 24 hours.
2. Place your crystal outside under the sun or full moon for at least 4 hours.
3. Steadily hold your crystal in the smoke of a burning Sage stick or Palo Santo stick.
4. Lay your crystal on a piece of Selenite or Clear Quartz for at least 6 hours.
