We would gladly issue a FREE refund/exchange for goods that have been damaged during shipment. We require proof of damage in the form of clear photos prior to initiating a return/refund/exchange.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for items $100 and over. For all other items kindly reach out to us so we can work together towards a resolution. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $5 restocking/handling fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not accept cancellations once item has been shipped.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.

By purchasing our crystals, the buyer accepts a degree of compromise on the item and understands that the item will not be the same as the listing photos, unless otherwise stated under the product description. Rest assured, we will only delivery you the best quality stones and guarantee customer satisfaction at all times.
